On May 20, 2025, another project meeting of the Crossborder Startup Point partners took place, this time hosted by our Austrian partner tech2b in Linz.
The meeting, held in a productive and friendly atmosphere, resulted in several concrete outcomes important for the next phase of the project.
The day began with a presentation of the tech2b incubator, its services, experience, and inspiring facilities that support technology-oriented startups in Upper Austria. This was followed by joint work on finalizing the project website, with partners focusing on its structure, content layout, and language versions.
A key part of the program was the discussion on the timeline of planned events in 2025 and 2026, their coordination among partners, and their strategic focus on supporting startups at various stages of development.
The highlight of the day was a hands-on workshop for Startup Point managers, dedicated to the implementation of the startup support methodology. Workshop participants went through each part of the methodology in detail, set key tasks, methods for data collection, and communication with target groups. The outcome was a shared overview of Startup Point manager activities and responsibilities, which will serve as a foundation for a unified and high-quality approach throughout the entire cross-border network.
The meeting in Linz was not only fruitful in terms of content but also very enjoyable on a personal level – it brought fresh ideas, an exchange of experiences, and strengthened collaboration among partners.
Many thanks to the tech2b team for the warm welcome – we look forward to the next joint steps within the project!
